Terms and Conditions
- Services will not commence until payment is made and the questionnaire is completed.
- I will have the audits recorded via Loom and emailed to you in a timely manner within 1-2 weeks of completing the questionnaire. The questionnaire will be sent to you after payment is made.
- I will screen record and provide audio feedback on your TPT store and products you wish to audit, which you will provide URL links for.
- By booking services with a secure payment, you agree that you are the owner of the TPT store and the TPT resources that you provide URL links for. You also give permission to have your TPT store and products in your store recorded in the video.
- The recordings will be confidential between the client (You) and the service provider (The Southern Teach). I will not share any recordings with anyone else outside of The Southern Teach without written permission from you.
- Due to the digital nature of these services, no refunds will be provided. I will do as much as I can to ensure complete customer satisfaction and providing thorough feedback.
- The recordings are for you to use as you wish.
- By submitting the final payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined on this page.
