Key Takeaways from the Episode

  •  Check your banner, quotebox, and featured resources in your storefront.
  • Optimize your titles to make sure they are relevant, bolster the descriptions for the top 10-20 resources.
  • Try uploading new resources a couple days before or during the sale so followers will get notifications.
  • Find social media graphics in any seller Facebook groups you are in. If others are sharing, no need to create one!
  • If you like to create social media graphics, don't be afraid to share in those groups! It helps sellers a lot and it shows continuity that we are in this together.
  • Join or host a giveaway. You can let your followers know that you will be giving away a TPT gift card. Try doing the sale on Monday and Tuesday. Don’t drag the giveaway too long!
  • Create a 5-part email campaign that is themed with the time of the year.

Email 1: Sunday/Monday with links to popular/relevant resources

Email 2: Tuesday morning the sale is here

Email 3: Wednesday morning last day to save

Email 4: Wednesday afternoonDeep dive into a popular/relevant resources

Email 5: Wednesday night One hour before sale ends, last chance!

  •  After the sale, check your traffic sources in your dashboard. This is a great way for UTM codes to come into play so you can see exactly where your traffic is coming from.
  • Try comparing with the same year from the previous year or the last sale you participated in.

Creative Action Tip

Make sure to analyze your data on how you did after the sale! Try one or more of the tips before the site-wide sale (on any upcoming sale happening)!
