Ever wonder what stands out to potential buyers when they seek out resources on TpT? The key is a graphic design technique that you may or may not already know about - contrast!
How you use contrast can help catch attention and stop the scroll. That's what we are going to discuss in this week's episode!

  • In design we use contrast to generate impact and create a focus. It makes it exciting and is attractive and appealing to the human eye.

  • Contrast through shape - pair different shapes that are in contrast to another if you mostly use rectangles or squares on your product covers, adding circles can create contrast.

  • Don't overdo the contrast - draw the eye’s attention but don’t overwhelm the eye with a ton of varying contrast. Less is more! Start simple with what you’re comfortable with.
